冷凍水管管道清洗和化學處理程序
1、化學清洗及鈍化鍍膜方案
Chemical cleaning and Passivation Coating Plan
水力沖洗→脫脂、殺菌→化學清洗→漂洗→鈍化預膜→水質處理保養
Hydrodynamic cleaning—degreasing, sterilization---chemical cleaning---blanch—passivation film—water treatment maintain
(1)水力沖洗
Hydrodynamic cleaning
因冷凍、熱水系統是密閉的循環水系統,所以水力清洗只能盡量多啟動幾臺水泵讓所有的閉式水都循環起來,其后視水的渾濁度,盡可能排去混濁污水,最好是多沖洗幾次配水管。
As the chilled and hot water system are sealed circulating water systems, so the hydrodynamic cleaning should be carried out with as many pumps as possible to circulate all closed water.
(2)脫脂、殺菌
Degreasing and sterilization
目的:殺菌、剝離污泥、清除油污
Purpose: sterilization, sludge stripping, oil pollution clearance
方法:投加H-1056清洗時間因系統狀況而定,一般至液面無明顯油珠時脫脂工作結束,時間大約2-5小時。
Method: add H-1056, and the cleaning time will be decided by the condition of the system. (Generally, the cleaning time is about 2-5hours.) The degreasing work could be finished while there are no obvious oil droplets.
(3)化學清洗
Chemical cleaning
目 的:清除污垢、浮銹
Purpose: cleaning the fouling and rust
方 法:在膨脹水箱直接投加絡合清洗劑H-1070作24-36小時循環清洗,使清洗劑與設備管壁垢、浮銹發生反應,生成可溶性物質排出。
Method: add complex abluent H-1070 to the expansion tank and the cleaning work should be kept for 24-36 hours. After the abluent interact with the scale on the tube and the rust, the soluble substance, the resultant, should be discharged.
技術要求:在清洗過程中主要檢測兩個指標:
Technical requirements: main detect two indexes:
1PH值、控制在6左右(本公司采用有機絡合劑絡合清洗);
PH value should be around 6 ( organic complex abluent are used by our company);
②渾濁度、一般清洗時由于清洗劑的作用,水的渾濁度將增大,呈黃、黑色。
Turbidity: with the effect of the abluent, the turbidity of water will be higher, and the water will be yellow and black.
③腐蝕率檢測,可采用直接掛片于管道系統中來檢測(碳鋼≤0.125mm/a、銅及銅合金≤0.005mm/a)。
Corrosion rate could be detected according to the degree of corrosion of the metal coupon which suspend in the pipe (carbon steel ≤0.125mm/a, copper/copper alloy ≤0.005mm/a).
作24小時循環清洗后可排放,排放時可泄空亦可循環排放,此時清洗工作結束。
The cycle cleaning work should be kept for 24 hours. The cleaning work is finished after the water is discharged.
(4)漂洗
Blanch
漂洗不用添加藥劑,最好能把整個系統的循環水排放干凈或采用邊加水邊排水的方法,來降低濃度,最后要求系統水PH值和補充水PH值相近,此時完成漂洗過程,為鈍化預膜作準備。
No reagent should be added to the water while blanching. It would be better if the circulating water of the system could be fully discharged while blanching. Watering while discharging water is also a good way to reduce the concentration of water. It is required that the circulating water and the water added while blanching should have the similar PH value.
(5)鈍化預膜
Passivation film
目的:管壁上形成分子膜,防止腐蝕。
Purpose: molecular film should form on the tube wall to prevent corrosion.
方法:在膨脹水箱投加H-1072、預膜強化劑H-1045一般在系統內循環36-48個小時即可。
Method: add H-1072, an agent used for passivation film, and H-1045 to the expansion tank and it should be circulated for 24-36 hours.
(6)日常水質處理
Water treatment
在完成管路的鈍化預膜工程后,經檢測確定系統水質達標,即進入正常的運行保養階段,此時需一次性添加足夠量的緩蝕阻垢劑H-8800,使用濃度為2000-3000 mg/L.
After finishing the passivation film of the tube, it could be in the routine maintenance stage if the water quality reach the requirement. Then enough corrosion and scale inhibitor H-8800 should be added and the concentration should be 2000-3000 mg/L.
進入穩定處理階段時,應根據檢測結果和補充水量確定緩蝕阻垢劑H-8800投加量。
While the water quality is stable, corrosion and scale inhibitor H-8800 should be added according to the detect result and the quantity of added water.
